  2. 2009 Closed New Construction Key Points Green Certified Homes comprised roughly 21% of the new construction closings in 2009. Green Certified Homes sold at slightly over list price while non certified homes sold at about 95% of list.
  3. 2010 Closed New Construction Key Points Green Certified Homes comprised roughly35% of the new construction closings in 2010. Green Certified Homes sold at slightly over list and faster than non –certified.
  4. First Half 2011 Closed New Const. Key Points Green Certified Homes comprised roughly 30% of the new construction closings in the first half of 2010 Green Certified Homes sold 49 days faster than non certified homes
  5. Current Inventory Key Concepts Green listings continue to comprise roughly 30% of market share Med. Days On market continues to be significantly less than non certified Pricing remains consistent with the first half of the year

Davidson, Williamson, Sumner, Wilson Counties were included in these statistics.
