Correspondence received from LNPA WG regarding unusable blocks, seeking modification to the Thousands-Block Donation Form to help ensure that donating SPs perform intraSP ports to avoid service disruption when that block is subsequently assigned. INC initiated Issue 506 – Update TBPAG Appendix 2 per LNPA WG Request Regarding Unusable Blocks. LNPA Subcommittee

  4. Video Relay Services (VRS) providers attended the last INC meeting and made a presentation of their numbering concerns. INC is initiating a proposed issue to address the numbering concerns of the VRS providers. INC will be working the issue at its next meeting. VoIP Subcommittee

  5. Issue 407: Treatment of Dedicated Codes for Single Customers in a Pooling Environment (pending action on NANC letter to FCC) Issue 475: Thousands-Block Forecast Report Directions Issue 486: Contaminated or Pristine Assigned Block Returns Issues Remaining in Initial Pending
