  2. Restaurant Prime • Located on the lovely North Shore Gold Coast of Long Island sits Prime overlooking Huntington Harbor. Their website is simple, Restaurantprime.com, explaining every aspect of their restaurant on this site as thorough as someone can be. • The main dining area is the place to dine. Revealing the beautiful water view through the full opened windows decorated with coral light sconces and homemade glass with earth tones. Brick walls are made from marble and the entrance way is incorporated with naturally aged wood.

  3. The Atmosphere The restaurant is self-explanatory if you are from Long Island and understand the waterfront dining. As most dockside restaurants, Prime is a common waterfront restaurant as an American bar and grill.. The first picture on the left in the dining room, doing over 450 covers on a busy weekend. Picture to the right of the dining room in the lounge. Where here the guests can enjoy a cocktail by the fireplace watching the sun go down on the harbor. The picture below is the patio. Here you can get a great view of the harbor, yachts docking up and the breeze coming off the water.

  4. The Atmosphere (cont’d.) The 2 vine rooms (east and west) was created for private dining. The room is installed with rich black ceilings velvet walls, frosted glass doors and the view of the wine cellar illuminated form lights at the bottom of the floor. • The restaurant places the role just like any other piece of property on the north shore. Resembling the architecture of most housing on the Gold Coast. The establishment was opened in 2006 and is up to date in every way imaginable. • The picture below basically gives you an idea of what the customer will see sitting on the patio or on the dock enjoying a glass of wine. On the right hand is the 5,000 bottle wine cellar with an open view for the guests. This room though is a private dining area.

  5. Cocktails? • Alongside with the 5,000 bottle cellar with over 888 varieties to choose from, there is the wave bar. The 32 foot bar echoes the water view outside with a finished cement countertop. The ceiling is the coolest part, a high-tech star lit night which is housed by an offset periscope displaying the view of the harbor. Facing the bar is the extravagant open kitchen, very clean, well organized and well expedited. Defined by gorgeous stainless steel, marooned tiled walls and offset white marbles in the pastry and bread stations.
