  5. Activity 2: Layout of business letters Study the sample layout of a business letter (page ... in the module) and then name the parts of a business letter
  6. Answers: Letterhead; reference; sender’s address; date; inside address; salutation; heading; body of letter; complimentary close; sender’s name, signature, designation, department; enclosure (if anything is enclosed).
