  7. Work My Plan or Where Do I Start? Start Here Behaviors are provided in an order of skills that build upon each other. Start at the top of the list.

  8. How to Change. (Forces/Moments) • Reconstruct the scene of the crime • Who, What, When, Where, Why • What Hooks you, What is you Cue? • What is your new behavior? When I see [my Hook/Cue] I will [do this behavior].
