  20. TRIVENTO The Argentine brand with the best global coverage 2005: 93 COUNTRIES

  21. TRIVENTO takes its name from the three winds: Polar, Zonda and Sudestada that breeze through the Mendoza terrain and shape development in our vineyards. At one with Nature, TRIVENTO makes the most of the excellent winegrowing conditions the Mendoza region offers. Our grapes, the origin of our wines, form, flourish and ripen to nature’s beat. Argentina, naturally

  23. TRIVENTO GOLDEN RESERVE How seductive... Malbec grapes, origin of our Golden Reserve, come from a vineyard planted over 80 years ago. Trained grape-pickers bring in the harvest making every effort to avoid rupturing the clusters. Bunches are placed into 15-kilo plastic bins. Harvesting takes place early in the morning, so the grapes arrive at the winery fresh and cool with their skins still intact. Traditional vinification procedures are used to obtain the best expression and concentration from the fruit. Then the wine rests in 225 litre French oak barrels to promote further complexity, which is later enhanced in bottle. Trivento Golden Reserve, just right for that special occasion.

  24. TRIVENTO Malbec, native of the south of France, Malbec was never considered a noble variety in those lands. At the foothills of the Andes, ten thousand kilometres away, Malbec found generous terroir. Here it had the opportunity to unfold its entire potential, becoming the emblematic variety of its new home, Argentina. At Trivento, extensive research has been carried out on matching Malbec to the most suitable vineyard sites, as Chief Winemaker Federico Galdeano and International Consultant Alberto Antonini firmly believe that great wine is made in the vineyard. After meticulous work at the vineyards and the winery, they blend the Malbec with other varieties. By incorporating the powerful Syrah and the rediscovered Bonarda, a perfect balance is created.
