  2. General Comments •  The layout and presentation are more user friendly •  We appreciate that the Primary Urban Cycling Route Network has been put back •  We particularly like the Livable Communities” concept emphasizing green modes and compact development

  3. What we Liked •  Vision, principles and strategies in sections 1 and 2  Specific targets and indicators were established for housing and greenspace

  4. Recommendations for improvement  Transportation policies • Promotion, education and link to health and behavioural changes; and • Add additional cycling-specific policies i.e., review and modify standards and practices to promote cycling; maintain collaborative process to define and implement an integrated cycling network; multimodal; and traffic speed.  Monitoring and evaluation — targets and indicators

  5. Conclusion •  Quite an improvement over the last version •  Need for some additional cycling-specific policies •  Targets and indicators
