  1. Decades of Experience in Failure Monitor Medication Cases After a mastectomy, “Betty” developed an infection. Her doctor prescribed the drug to fight the infection. This drug is known to cause impairment to a person’s vestibular function, which controls a person’s ability to balance. Although Betty developed known neurological symptoms of impairment, the doctor failed to recognize these symptoms and even increased the dosage of Betty was taking. Betty was on the drug for almost two months while she experienced dizziness, ringing in her ears, and ear pain. She said she felt like she was on a carnival ride. In the end, Betty’s vestibular system was destroyed. She was unable to maintain her balance or continue working. Because Betty was not going to be able to continue her career, we were able to settle this case for substantial amount of money. 4790 Holladay Blvd, Salt Lake City, UT 84117 801-424-9088 | http://ericnielson.com/
