  6. ELIGIBILITY AT A GLANCE • Must be a registered charity, non-profit organization or for-profit with a clearly demonstrated public benefit • Based in Ottawa or have an Ottawa footprint • Project must take place in Ottawa CENTRE FOR SOCIAL ENTERPRISE DEVELOPMENT
