The main policy is policy H012 (Conversions), the Council requires a mixture of dwellings, one third should be family units of 3 or more bedrooms and as the property is over 180 sq m, a 4 bedroom unit is required with access to a garden. Planning officer on a major scheme remodel & extension October 2006.
