Receipt & dispatch of hard copy certificates [traditional hard copy method] • Scan (or copy) original hard copy certificate into a PDF • Print out PDF (or copy), sign & date. • Attach verified hard copy to the re-export phytosanitary certificate. • Dispatch the re-export certificate & attached verified copy of the original phytosanitary certificate to new importing country through the exporter 9or agent).

  3. Verify original phytosanitary certificate (e.g. sign & date) Scan verified original hard copy certificate into a PDF Attach PDF to ePhyto XML message Dispatch ePhyto to new importing country Receipt & ePhyto dispatch of hard copy certificates

  4. Re-export of ePhyto Certificate Data Establish what form of data the new importing NPPO will accept. If acceptance of XML certificate data; • attach original ePhyto XML certificate data as “supporting data” to the new re-export ePhyto message. If acceptance only of a verified hard copy; • Print out the original XML message (e.g. as a word document), sign & date as a verified true copy, PDF the verified copy & attach the PDF as “supporting data” to the new re-export ePhyto message. If acceptance only of hard copy certificates: • Apply “traditional hard copy method” (refer slide 2).
