Objectives of the Panel • To provide an overview of energy-efficient lighting technologies • To address concerns of fan partners regarding the availability of energy-efficient lighting • To discuss any issues that fan manufacturers may have with incorporating energy-efficient lighting into their fans

  4. Question #1: Technology • What is energy-efficient lighting? How does the industry define a high quality light source? What CAN it do and what CAN’T it do?

  5. Question #2: Market Availability • What types of technologies are available in the marketplace for manufacturers to incorporate into their fan models?

  6. Question #3: Barriers • What barriers exist in developing energy-efficient lighting for fans – in your experience, how have you overcome these obstacles?
