Multiple Jobs Rev. 06-06-08 12345678900ETC 12345678900 12345678901 12345678902 meta info sheetndx .htm project.pdf meta info specs roadway, signals, signing, utilities, drainage, etc.* sheetndx .htm project.pdf projectindex .xml 12345678900.pdf eng_data** *NOTES: [1] When authenticating the project, use the top number [“etc.”]; PEDDS authenticates each job through that number. [2] Included are the files which go inside the lead project 12345678900; but, the same information [meta info, components/disciplines, sheendx.htm & projectindex.xml] should be included for the other jobs: 12345678901 & 12345678902. However, DO NOT include the specs. folder; it only goes under the lead project number. [3] If there are no postscript/pdf files within a component or a discipline folder, they need to be deleted. [4] The specs folder has an eng_data folder included because the software automatically puts it there; it can be left in or deleted. [5] A large job may need to use several sub-folders; as long as the last folder inside these sub-folders in ‘eng_data’ and the postscripts are in that folder, it’s okay. **Contains the postscript/pdf files.
