  5. Flat, even surfaces: good for the elderly, wheel chairs & parents with buggies Climate control Areas for relaxing & taking a break from shopping www.i-study.co.uk

  6. Food court - allows people to have meals & spend longer In the mall ( & more money). Play areas for children. Yukids looks after children whilst Parents go off shopping Cinema complex attracts people for entertainment & in the evenings. www.i-study.co.uk

  7. Large department stores attract shoppers with the range of products that they Stock. Outdoor parking in the new section in addition to the Multi-storey. www.i-study.co.uk
