  2. [1] Be sure you have an off-site token with you. • Your off-site token looks like this:

  3. [2] Visit the WVUSD main web page. • The URL is http://www.wvusd.k12.ca.us/

  4. [3] Select ‘Staff’  ‘Staff Remote Access Portal’. • As shown here:

  5. [4] Wait for the off-site token to reset. • Look for 6 lines here

  6. [5] At the remote login screen, enter the required information. • User name = your usual network user name • RSA number (token) = the number displayed on the screen of the off-site token (6 digits long) • Password: your usual network password • Confirm password: your same password, again

  7. [6] Click ‘Login’.

  8. [7] Select the district network feature you want to work with

  9. [8] When you are done, click ‘Logout.’
