  1. STRATEGIES TO INCREASE LIFE OF COMPONENTS AND EQUIPMENT BY UP TO 300% ENGINES, TRANSMISSIONS, FINAL DRIVES , TRAVEL/SWING MOTORS & HYDRAULICS: IMPROVE LIFE BY 2X TO 3X Equipment and component life can be substantially improved via avoiding contamination related wear, this is accomplished by the ultra filtration of all fluids that flow into and throughout the equipment (this includes fuel oil) and via analytics in order to catch problems before they create damage to the equipment. Another way to increase the life of the equipment is via eliminating the limitations of current coolant system. This is done 1) via increasing the boiling temperature of the coolant in order to avoid flash evaporation & vapor barrier damage; 2) elimination of corrosion in the cooling system; 3) sturdier radiators and 4) analytics to know the status of fan and coolant pump.

If any of these systems fail the engine fails. We believe that we can make the system more robust via the implementation of a waterless coolant + a sturdier radiator. Conventional coolants have limitations and thus cause flash evaporation pitting of cylinder liners which cause premature engine wear . We can prevent this problem via a waterless coolant which has a much higher evaporation temperature than conventional coolants.
