  1. Warm MemoriesWith Love From Louise If you are watching this I wish everyone a day filled with Joy. I could not be there this year. My former employer told me it was time to take a step towards growing up. So I am off on a new adventure, I am going to college. By Sue Trice

  2. The Walters Rebel Roost

  3. The Front Page of a flyer I found in my memories box. Dad was always out on the water, he so enjoyed his time when he was out sailing, and loved taking the grandchildren out with him when they were there. Dad even managed to get a spot on the flyer for the club.

  4. This is the other side of the flyer that was a tri fold. Do you remember the first time you could sit at that bar and order a mixed drink legally? I do and it felt funny as Mom was sitting next to me.

  5. Did we really look like this in 1954? Can you guess who is who in this shot? Dad and Mom are on the right. Mom has her arms around me (probably to keep me in one spot long enough to get the picture), my big brother Johnny is on the left, and there is my big sister Marge right of Johnny. If I am not mistaken that is the old Nash Rambler we had in front of the cabin. The picture was taken in 1958.

  6. First Generation Left Marge Middle Louise Right Johnny “1962” (some how I was always in the middle of the family pictures) Second Generation Surprise!!! Leo and Dwight (Don’t they look cute in their suits for Marge’s wedding day March 29,1969”)

  7. Mom in the kitchen at the cabin in 1959. Dad in 1974 with my first two born babies, Mike is on the right of dad, and Teresa is on the left.

  8. The New Millennium, the great year of 2000, and the last time I was at the mountains. My family helped me celebrate the half a century mark, at the beginning of a new century. Yeah I turned “50” and I love it.

  9. Dad And His First C R E A T I O N

  10. Another one of dad’s creations

  11. Getting ready to sail, out of the cove I’m not sure which of my little people took this picture but it is a special picture to me.

  12. Do You Remember? Venus and the Fly Traps: Rick, Alan, Jimmy, and I think the drummers name was Dave. This was taken at a pool party in 1966 This was also taken outside of the teen room in 1966, the two young ladies are Ginny on the left, and would you believe it’s me on the right. (If I remember right I caught the end of the born practicing my dives)

  13. What we look like now. My babies are grown and have babies of their own. That makes me a Grandma, and I am loving every moment I get to have with the grandbabies. I have 9 Grandchildren, 5 by blood and 4 that came to us through the extended family program. Of them 7 are boys, and 2 are girls (I finally got my second granddaughter, July 6, 2005, Stephanie) Chris Mike Teresa Mellisa & Stephanie

  20. So what am I doing with myself now, as I said in the beginning I am going to college to get a Bachelors Degree, in Criminal Justice, Paralegal, at Northeastern State University. I just finished my first semester as a Junior, and have begun my two fast track classes for this summer. When I am not doing the class and study thing, I am busy with a 17 years old young lady.

  21. Meet Ashlee Yes I am a Walters, take in the stray kids. I have extended my family by one child, her name is Ashlee and she is 17 years old. She came to live with me almost 4 years ago, and we just did the Junior, Senior Prom thing at the end of April. (I do not remember it being so confusing when my other kids did the Prom thing, but we did survive both of us)
