  1. The Connection Between your Health and Hair There is a deep connection between your health and your hair. Changes in your body metabolism do affect your hair health. These changes can alter the quantity, texture, and thickness of your hair. Your hairs are part of your body— any changes in your body do affect them. Hairs are usually produced in the hair follicles in the deepest part of your skin. The health of the hair follicles plays an important role in the nourishment of the clothes. In this article, our main focus would be to demonstrate the connection between our health and hair quality.
