  2. Abstinence is Key. The only true fool proof way to protect yourself is to not have sex.

  3. Why Abstinence? Abstinence can be for everybody. Virgin is not a dirty word.. • Abstinence keeps you safe, healthy. • You don’t have to worry about pregnancy, STI’s, pressure. • Abstinence can help you strengthen your relationship with your partner and figure out the difference between love and sex.

  4. In every 6 seconds a person is infected by the HIV virus, save yourself. Use a condom. Be prepared, make sure you have condoms and contraception( birth control) You have Options. You don’t want to be just another part of a percentage.

  5. Most people don’t know about all the types of contraception there is more then just a condom and the pill. There is many things out there to protect you against pregnancy and/or STIs like , condoms male/female, birth control pills , the birth control patch, birth control shot, nuva ring, and getting your tubes tides or a vasectomy (also known as getting fixed) Contraception
