MUH 2017 – Test #2(Seating Instructions) Do NOT sit next to one another (leave 1-2 empty seats between you and the next person) Do NOT sit directly behind anyone Leave FRONT row empty for latecomers All book bags & any personal items, etc., under your seat or at front of the room All Electronics (Phones, PDAs, etc.) away If it’s visible, we assume you are cheating Retain your picture ID & scantron

  2. SCANTRON(hold lengthwise w/ UCF logo to right) • Upper LH corner • Name = You (your full name) • Subject = MUH 2017 sec. B001 • Date = 19 July 2012 • Hour/Day = 8:00 am

  3. SCANTRON(turn upright w/ UCF logo at bottom right) • I.D. Number = PID(Reminder: PID Problems = 10% penalty)(Reminder: No PID = “0” GRADE) • Test Form = your version of testWhite = A; Pink = B • EXAM No. = handwritten number at top of question sheet (use 3 digits; e.g., “2” = “002”)

Test Instructions (1) • 4 versions of same test • You MUST be seated in the order: white, pink, white, pink, white, pink, white, pink, etc. • DO NOT TRADE QUESTION SHEETS • NO TALKING or Communication of any kind with other studentsNB. Even the appearance of talking or other communication will be considered cheating

Test Instructions (2) • Read all questions carefully & completely • Mark only one correct answer on scantron • Erase all errors completely or recopy your correct answers onto a new scantron form • Multiple Choice – pick A, B, C or D • TRUE / FALSE – mark A (true) or B (false) • Do NOT mark the question sheet(10% penalty for marks found on your question sheet)

  6. Test Instructions (3) • Listening Questions (# 51-68) • 6 sound examples • 3 questions for each item (as indicated) • Read the relevant questions before hearing • Each item (c. 30-45 seconds) played twice • Listen to 1st playing • Write answers during 2nd playing

  7. COMPLETING YOUR TEST • Until 8:55 am to complete Test • No Scantrons accepted until 5 minutes after Listening Examples are done • When instructed, bring your Scantron and Question Sheet (w/ picture ID) to me: A (white), B (pink) • NO Picture ID? Wait to see me. • When done, leave the room quietly or stay seated • NO TALKING, NO PHONES in CL1 121 • Lecture resumes at 9:00 am
