Impact: • 95% attendance at school • 88% of Year 11 children placed for at least 1 year with FCA achieved at least 1 GCSE at A* - G or more in 2009 • 18.9% achieved 5 or more GCSES at A* -C • >88% all children placed for more than 2 ½ years been in same placement for over 2 of those years • 202 young people moved into independent living in 2009 Leading the Field • Sustainable Team Parenting: • 15 year history & work with 88% of all Local Authorities and Trusts • 2800 children & 4000 foster carers • Over 900 employed staff • 17 individual external inspections • Local knowledge with over 80 offices • Dedicated Quality Assurance • Leadership team with hands on social care experience • Developing business in 7 non-UK countries Foster Carer Views: “ Go the extra mile” “Simply the best” “Problem solvers” “Versatile”
