Coronavirus has taken its Latin meaning u201ccrownu201d pretty seriously and is on the top its game to<br>claim the throne! However, it doesn&#39;t deserve it since it has only caused us pain, death, and<br>bereavement for our deceased, all over the world! The World Health Organization has declared<br>it a global pandemic that has made more than 921,000 people its victims and at least 46000<br>precious lives have been lost as of 1st of April, 2020.<br>With this piece of writing, we are putting across the basics of coronavirus along with the<br>precautionary measures that will prove to be armour for us and our loved ones in this battle of<br>humanity against COVID-19.

  2. Healthy Habits • During these times of personal and national coping with the Novel Coronavirus, it is a matter of great importance to maintain physical and mental health. It is important to maintain a healthy routine, healthy nutrition, physical exercise and stress relief activities. Mental Coping • We do not have control everything happens with regard to the Coronavirus, We do have a great degree of control over our own personal and familial safety by complying with the guidance and focusing on our routine and the activities that bring us pleasure and a sense of well-being.   •  There are ways to promote feelings of control and competence: • Focusing on routine  • Sharing • Relaxation techniques • Support and assistance 

  4. Strategies for Isolation • DO • Initiate contact – You are isolated but not alone! Make it a habit to call, Skype or WhatsApp family members, friends and work associates several times a day. • Keep yourself active. Make it a habit to get up in the morning and dress as you do when going to school and/or work. Be consistent about it. • Make a timetable for your day. • Make sure that you work and/or study by telecommunications as much as possible • Exercise for at least a half an hour a day.
