Top Drawer - Random Items Top Drawer - PEx Materials Middle Drawer - Stationary Bottom Drawer - Tea Drawer Above – Pictures of the current state after Sift exercise. Left – Proposal for new sorting of materials. Below – Proposals for storage of items. Core Practices Materials – Fixed – Storage Guidelines – Visual Control to manage inventory. Stationary – Not Fixed Spare Storage – No Visual Management PEx Materials – Fixed. No volume controls - Visual image for guidelines Tea Drawer – Not fixed - Visual image for guidelines on cleanliness. Other – Visual image – No guidelines until next review of 5S standard. This was in response to a 3C raised at team hub about us running out and not being able to meet our customers needs and expectations. This is unlikely to happen again if 5S is maintained. Pictures of standard on front of drawers to ensure standards can be maintained. 5S responsibilities : Refill triggering – ALL Refill – Chris/Admin Audit – All team Cleanliness – Next 5S review Centre of Excellence (2017) 5S – Team Storage

Email sent to team to advise and engage. All team members scheduled to carry out a check each month. Schedule stuck to front of drawers. Team briefed on use of new 5S system.
