  2. 1 2 Setting : Currency (Mata Uang) MYOB mampu input transaksi yang menggunakan lebih dari satu mata uang (Multiple Currencies). Saat ini, diatur menjadi : • Local Currency = IDR (Rupiah) • Other Currency = USD (Dolar AS) • Pilih menu SETUP • Pilih PREFERENCES Fasilitas Multi Currency hanya terdapat pada MYOB Priemier

  3. 1 3 2 Setting : Currency (Mata Uang) • Centang pada kotak “I deal in multiple currencies (System-Wide)” • Tekan OK • Tekan OK

  4. 1 2 Setting : Delete Currency Mata uang lokal awal MYOB adalah USD, akan diubah menjadi IDR • Tekan LISTS • Tekan CURRENCIES Pada layar berikutnya akan tampak beberapa mata uang yang telah terinstal dalam sistem. Bila tidak digunakan, pilih mata uang tersebut lalu pilih menu EDIT dan pilih DELETE CURRENCY (tekan ALT+E bersamaan untuk mempercepat hapus mata uang) Mata uang dengan tanda khusus, yaitu “Local”, tidak bisa dihapus karena menjadi Local Currency

  5. 2 1 Setting : Change Local Currency to IDR • Pilih Local Currency (Singapore Dollars) yang akan diubah • Tekan EDIT

  6. 1 2 3 4 Setting : Change Local Currency to IDR • Ganti Currency Code menjadi IDR (harus 3 huruf). • Ganti Currency Name menjadi “Indonesian Rupiah” • Ganti Currency Symbol menjadi “Rp” • Tekan OK. Pada layar berikutnya, tekan CLOSE bila selesai mengedit mata uang. Bila hendak menambah mata uang, tekan NEW dan sesuaikan data-data mata uang tersebut. Kurs-nya (exchange rate) harus sesuai dengan kondisi pasar. Contoh : Bila USD 1 = Rp 9.100, maka exchange rate = 9100
