Benefit Automatic free coverage against accidental bodily injuries that are the sole cause of loss of life or dismemberment while traveling, boarding or disembarking from a means of transportation operated by a commercial carrier Requirement 50% payment of travel tickets purchased items using Visa Infinite card Applicability Domestic and international trips not exceeding 90 days Cover up to and including 75 years of age Travel by air, land or water. Licensed commercial carriers with published routes, itineraries and schedules Spouse and dependent children are covered when travelling on the same trip as the Cardholder ServiceInsurance – Travel Accident Insurance COVERAGE: $1,000,000

  2. Benefit Insurance coverage activates on the sixth hour of delay. Each beneficiary will be reimbursed $100 for each hour of delay, up to a maximum of $500 Requirement 50% payment of travel tickets purchased items using Visa Infinite card Applicability Domestic and international trips All travel connections, except for the trip leg to return to the country or city of residence Maximum of 90 days from the date luggage delay occurred to submit a claim The carrier must be responsible for the delay in delivering luggage, sending it to an incorrect destination or losing it temporarily Spouse and dependent children are covered when travelling on the same trip as the Cardholder ServiceInsurance – Luggage Delay insurance service COVERAGE: $5,000

Benefit Reimburses each beneficiary for up to a maximum of $5,000 per person for travel and lodging expenses paid in advance that are not recoverable if a trip is cancelled Requirement 50% payment of travel tickets purchased items using Visa Infinite card Applicability Domestic and international trips Serious injury or illness or unexpected death of Cardholder, a traveling companion or immediate family member Accidental damage to residence or business 10 days or less before trip If insured’s presence is required by the police after theft or attempted theft at insured’s residence or business ServiceInsurance – Trip cancellation insurance service COVERAGE: $5,000

ServiceInsurance – Evacuation / Repatriation Benefit • Automatic free coverage against evacuation / repatriation while traveling, boarding or disembarking from a means of transportation operated by a commercial carrier • Transportation to join a cardholder • Return of Dependent children Requirement • 50% payment of travel tickets purchased items using Visa Infinite card Applicability • Domestic and international trips not exceeding 90 days • Cover up to and including 75 years of age • Travel by air, land or water. Licensed commercial carriers with published routes, itineraries and schedules • Spouse and dependent children are covered when travelling on the same trip as the Cardholder COVERAGE: $500,000

  5. ServiceInsurance – Baggage loss / damage Benefit • Insurance coverage will reimbursed up to a maximum of $2,500. Requirement • 50% payment of travel tickets purchased items using Visa Infinite card Applicability • Domestic and international trips • Whilst on a journey, If a cardholder sustain loss or damage to baggage, the policy will indemnify the cardholder. COVERAGE: $2,500

Benefit Coverage for theft or damage of new products/items Covers the cost of repair or replacement of purchased product up to a maximum of US$20,000 per account per year Requirement Full payment of purchased items with Visa Infinite or Visa Platinum card Applicability New item purchases Coverage for a maximum of 90 days from date of purchase Maximum of 45 days from date of theft or damage to submit a claim Cardholder must have a written documentation in case of theft ServiceInsurance – Purchase Protection INFINITE COVERAGE: Per item: US$5,000 Per incident:US$7,500 Per year: US$20,000 PLATINUM COVERAGE: Per item: US$1,500 Per incident:US$5,000 Per year: US$20,000

  7. Benefit Doubles the repair period offered by the original manufacturer’s warranty for up to 1 year Covers the cost of repair or replacement of the item. Fulfillment for Core ServiceProcess for claims • For information on Core Service program, cardholders can call Visa Concierge ( Infinite only), Premium hotline, GCAS or visit Visa website • For claims, cardholders who call Visa Concierge, Premium hotline, GCAS, the calls will be transferred to ISOS • Cardholders can also call ISOS directly for claims • Claim forms can be found on Visa website and by calling ISOS
