  1. Method to Fix If This Copy of Window is not Genuine: If the user is facing issue, that this copy of Window is not Genuine. Then this issue can be fixed by using the RSOP command. For help, the user can navigate to the official site of MS Office via office.com/myaccount. Tips to Fix If This Copy of Window is not Genuine: 1. Use RSOP command: To fix this error, user should hit on Windows and R buttons at the same time from the keyboard just to open Run window. After this, you should type rsop.msc and hit on Enter button. Now, you should go to Windows settings and then tap on Security system and then visit to System services. Here, you need to search for Plug and play services and then right-hit on it. Next, you should search for the Startup and then hit on Automatic option. Again, you have to press Win and R buttons and then paste gpupdate/force in the Run box. Lastly, Restart the PC. 2. Use SLMGR-REARM Command: For this, you should launch Command prompt as administrator by tapping on Start button and then write cmd in the search box. After this, you need to right-tap on Command prompt and then select Run as administrator. Here, you should write SLMGR–REARM or SLMGR /REARM At last, you will view a confirmation window, and then tap on OK button and then restart the PC.

You can also contact to the vendor of Microsoft support as it will help to resolve the issue. 4. Run Microsoft Genuine Advance Diagnostic Tool: This Diagnostic Tool gives you the detailed information about the Microsoft Genuine Advantage components and also the settings which are currently there on your system. This tool will diagnose and automatically fix the issue. The user should run the tool and then copy the findings to the clipboard and just submit a technical support request to Microsoft. This will give you the information if the product key is invalid or blacklisted corporate key. If you find any issue that the tool can fix, then hit on Resolve button. 5. If you are Using Window 7, then Uninstall update KB971033: The user should first open Control Panel. After this, you should visit to Windows update section. Now, you need to tap on View installed updates. When you load all installed updates, then check for update KB971033 and just uninstall it. At last, Restart the computer system. 6. Turn off updates: First of all, you should open the Control panel from the Start button. After this, you should visit to Windows update option. Now, you should tap on Install Updates Automatically option and then choose Never check for updates (Not Recommended). Finally, you need to tap on Apply button to change the setting and then just the computer.
