  6. Situation: We are forming a new high school. In partners, and drawing on the discussion we just had make a list of criteria that you think makes a good mascot (in this case, you may use “be.” It’s not passive here). • You have five minutes. • We will share when we are done. The New Mascot

  7. Inspirational • Location/community appropriate or historically significant • Unique • Prideful • Intimidating/attitude • Aesthetically pleasing (costume) • Intelligent • Fearless • Name (sounds good with school name) • Politically Correct Your Criteria (or warrants) for mascots
