  1. How school can help in building an inclusive society? https://www.grandcolumbus.com/ There is a huge disparity in our community that must be eliminated to have an inclusive society. Some of the top schools in NIT Faridabad actively promote the concept of inclusiveness and compassion amongst the students by reserving seats for people with disabilities. Such projects pursued by the schools in greater Faridabad have a positive impact on our society. If you are also looking to include such a concept in your school, then you should follow some of the tips thatthe best schools in Faridabad are following to create a supportive environment for disabled students in their campus. 1). Look for any bias and try to remove it: Some of the bias that we see in our society against people who have disabilities have crept in through various social norms and societal context. These biases are not restricted to disabled people only, but also manifest itself against people of other socially and economically vulnerable sections. As a school administrator, it is your responsibility to create a conducive atmosphere in the school campus, wherein such students can reach their full potential and become a productive citizen with a high degree of confidence. 2). Change the rules and regulations: You must go through all the laws and regulations of your school to find out whether anyone of it is hampering the students with disabilities to access the school resources. As an administrator, you can reserve some seats for such students who do not have the means and resources to get admission in a top-notch school. Inclusion of such students in your school will not only help them to avail the resources and optimise their potential but also allow the students from well-to-do family to understand and interact with the marginalised section of our society. 3). The school should be a welcoming place: When you admit students with disabilities or who are from the marginalised section of our society, you must give them an environment where they can grow. Make it a point to get the cooperation of the other schoolteachers as well as the senior students of the school to create such an environment. This will allow students who are at a disadvantage position gets the confidence and they can participate freely to showcase their abilities and use the school resources optimally for their growth story. These are just some of the steps that as a school administrator, you can take to help the students who are from the vulnerable section of our society to get a good education and improve their confidence. This will help a great deal in building an inclusive society.
