  2. Rotary Youth Leadership Awards When? Friday, January 5 through Sunday, January 7 Where? The Pineywoods Baptist Encampment in Woodlake, Texas (12 miles west of Corrigan) How will I get to RYLA? * We will travel together in a van provided by Anderson Ford

  3. Rotary Youth Leadership Awards Prepare for the weather? Friday, January 5 • Saturday, January 6 • Sunday, January 7

  4. Applying for RYLA • 7 High School Juniors will be selected to represent the Rotary Club of Lake Conroe • No cost to the student or family to participate. • Applications must be submitted by Friday, November 3, 2017

  5. Rotary Youth Leadership Awards • What should I bring? • Sleeping Bag or Bed Sheets (Twin Bed) • Personal Pillow • Towels & Wash Cloths (for personal use) • Bath Items (soap, shampoo, etc.) • Camera • Flash Light • Rain Poncho/Umbrella • Cap or hat • Jacket, sweater or sweat-shirt • Old shoes or boots • Cell phone for emergencies. During the conference cell phone use is prohibited. If you are seen by an adult advisor using your phone it will be confiscated, and returned at the end of the conference,

  6. Rotary Youth Leadership Awards • What should I leave at home? • No Electronics • Money • Jewelry • Alcohol* • Tobacco products* • Weapons* • *If you are found in possession of alcohol, tobacco products, or weapons. You will be ejected from the camp and local law enforcement will be notified.
