Interim Arrangements - Implemented • ESBCS Produced Microgeneration Tariff • All Microgeneration Customers with ESBCS. • Dedicated Interim Solution • Provide export data to BGE to support a technology trial – Sept 2010. • Proposed Rules for extended Interim Solution • Weekly Process • Export and Import registered to Same Supplier • All export data for week issued to current supplier • Export QH data to Suppliers via encrypted email • Export kWh only • No aggregation of Export • This will allow for the provision of export data to Suppliers without changes to the Central Market System or Message Model which can later be superseded by the long term solution. • Long term • The outcome of the CER consultation on Smart Metering is expected to feed into long term proposals, timelines and the full set of Market Rules for Microgeneration
