9. As you watch the video, use the following outline to make notes which you will use to provide feedback to your classmate who was the therapist in the video... How did the therapist develop rapport? How well did the therapist demonstrate the following phases on the GIM Model on a scale of 1-10 where 10-the best. Please give a reason for the # you chose Engagement? Assessment? Planning? Implementation? Evaluation? Termination? Give 1 example of empathetic responding you heard? And which level was that response (1, 2, or 3)? Give 1 example of an open and a close ended question you heard? How did the therapist focus on client strengths? Where was the skill of summary used and was it accurate? Did the counselor use clarifying? If so, when? How well did the therapist establish treatment goals? List 3 strengths of the therapist List 3 areas for growth of the therapist What other questions or comments do you have about the video demonstration?
