  2. 7 things you should know about home remodeling. (Number 3 would surprise you!) • You had financial advice, got a mortgage, and bought a house. Fantastic! • Well, here is the tricky part: to make your home a real “ masterpiece," there is a lot more than taking up a remodeling project. • In truth, it is not enough to hire some commercial remodeling service in Orange County because they are pros. • So, we've listed 7 blunders that homeowners make.

  3. 1. Starting too early: Renovations should not be rushed. Relax, and learn more about the house first. Where does the sun hit? Where are the choke points? Which way does the rain slant? All of those questions Will help you make better and informed choices when you plan  2. 20% extra costs: When you make a budget, always add 20% - 30% extra to what you think the project will cost.  Things may not go to plan, especially in terms of money and time. Better prepared than sad. See more on budgeting here

  4. 5. Choose a good fit: Don't hire a professional alone; hire someone who has experience with your kind of project. They should ask you questions about your needs and desires. Zero listening skills means you should walk away. 4. Flee from the lowest bidder: This is where many homeowners miss it. The lowest prices aren't always the best option. In fact, you abound be wary of them.

  5. Look out for Recommendations Don't bank on it as many of them could be falsified, but look at what people say. If you are comfortable with it, then reach out.

  6. Don't get a 94-inch sofa when an 84 is what fits. Write the measurements down and take them with you. You might just find what you are looking for. Do you understand the Designs:? If you do not understand the blueprint, ask questions. Don't eyeball the design, ask questions; It saves the stress of having to change things on the way. Take Measurements: As much as might dislike numbers (or math class), you need to work with it to utilize space. Take the measurements of items, like tables, Sofas, and appliances.
