MCT 4.1.2.4 Conduct Distribution Operations • New Definition: • Distribution Operations are the operational process of synchronizing all elements of the logistics system to deliver the “Right Things” to the “Right Place” at the “Right Time” to support the MAGTF Commander. Distribution operations establish, manage and integrate distribution services associated with the functions of movement and delivery of materiel, personnel and services in order to support the MAGTF while not hampering the MAGTF’s inherent speed, flexibility and agility.
