In my decade long experience, I have been appraised, promoted and even transferred at different locations for work. Overall, the experience has been highly learning and it has given me a lot of insights to the corporate world. Working for the Guptas has been motivating as my job came with different challenges and learning both. Employees, both men and women are taken care of. To my knowledge, the organisation itself has a team that concentrates on keeping a strict check on the workforce and it makes sure that people do not face any trouble. Sexual harassment claims against the Guptas have come as a surprise to me as I have never faced anything for myself and neither did my colleagues. As an employee for years now, I feel disappointed on hearing news like these in the media. The employer has been superbly dedicated to its employee base in terms of pay, rights, incentives, and what not. It is appalling to hear bad things about my employer. The Gupta brothers with female employees have been superb. It is evident that some miscreants have conspired against the brothers and thus, they have planned to go to any length. People having second thoughts should resort to the older employees or the partners or probably, the stakeholders who have been associated with the Guptas for ages. As long as the code of ethics are concerned, all the protocol, rules and regulations are followed everyday. Even cameras have been installed in places to catch the offenders if any. I still cannot fathom the false sexual accusations. Often most of the cases that have been reported are either fabricated or some kind of calculated measures to put down the other party i.e the Guptas. If my letter is reaching out to the investigating team then I would request them to make radical analysis. It is important to understand what exactly happened at the scratch level. There are possible chances of rumour that has managed to rupture the social respect of the Guptas. It is quite shocking to see raw data surfacing everywhere. My letter could be a very menial effort but it still stands as a true document of honest words and experience. Hope, truth remains.
