  5. Opportunities- 1 • We would suggest a PPP mode Center of Excellence with Industry support of BRICS. CMAI/TEMA would invest in Indian side of equity: • Mobile Handsets/Telecom devices . This center would be dedicated to design, development of hardware & local applications. • Cyber Security issues and sharing of information. • Skill Development and capacity building • Cooperation at University to University level for joint education programs, exchange of students, faculty.
