We expect to improve access to appointment, reduce cycle time, optimize roles, and improvement patient and team satisfaction. Specific Aims: Reduce 3rd available appointment for physical exam or long appointment type from 23 days to 0 days in 6 months. Reduce cycle time from 60 min to 25 min for a 15 min appointment in 2 months. Reduce # of phoncalls for prescription refills and internal processing time by 50% in 3 months.
