  2. Before we start…what does Virtual mean? According to American Heritage Dictionary: Existing or resulting in essence or effect though not in actual fact, form, orname • Virtual Memory (caching, RAM, etc.) • Virtual Networks (LAN/WAN) • Virtual Private Networks (VPN) • Virtual Processors (Grid) • Virtual Storage • Virtual IP Addresses (VIPs) • Virtual Machines (VMM’s) • So “Virtualization” is definitely gaining momentum, so how can you be prepared to leverage these different areas?
