Shared and Compelling Direction • We, as a team, understand and agree on our overall strategy and operational priorities. • We have obtained alignment with external stakeholders on the team’s purpose, strategy and operational priorities. • Our behaviors, individually and as a team, reflect a strong commitment to the team’s purpose. • We can see what our success would mean and are motivated and engaged by this vision.

Individual team members regularly help out each other in order to accomplish our team goals. We are appropriately acknowledged and rewarded, individually and as a team, for our accomplishments. Individuals in the supporting functional areas feel a shared sense of accountability and responsibility for the success of the overall team. Individuals on this team are held accountable for delivering on their performance commitments. We have a reward and incentive structure that encourages collaboration and teamwork within our team.
