    10. Qualified inspector duties ? Review Methamphetamine Lab Occurrence Report ? Consult with law enforcement agency and LHD ? Do initial assessment ? Notify LHD, ISDH, IDEM that cleanup will begin ? Supervise decontamination ? Notify person who pumps septic system ? Decontaminate outside ? Inspect the property ? Certify property clean when decontamination levels met ? Dispose of wastes properly.

    11. Post-decontamination inspection ? Wipe sampling using ASTM 6661-01 ? Analyze using SW-846 Method 8270C ? NIOSH 9106 may be used when final ? Chemicals covered: methamphetamine, amphetamine, methcathenone, LSD, Ecstacy, PCP, GHB ? Decontamination level: 0.5 µg/100 cm2

    12. Certificate of Decontamination ? When final decontamination levels are met, the qualified inspector certifies in writing that decontamination is complete ? Uses standard form provided by IDEM ? Original to property owner ? Copies to LHD, ISDH, and IDEM
