  1. Step 1: Select the approved logo you will use in your company email signature: Step 2: Copy (ctrl + c) your preferred logo and paste (ctrl + v) to the left of the text box below: Name Street Address (P.O. Box) City, State, Zip Primary Phone Number Email Address Website (optional) Step 3: Edit the information in above text box to reflect your contact info. Do not reformat. Step 4: Left click on the text box, then hold down the Ctrl key and click on the logo. This will select both of them. Now point your mouse over the box around the outside of the text box and RIGHT click. Under “Group,” there should an option to “Group.” LEFT click on this option. This will combine the logo and text box into one item. Your new signature should look like this: Matt Bogue 730 Alabama St. (PO Box 2323) Columbus, MS 39704 Office: 662-327-5202 x2009 mbogue@thedutchgroup.net www.thedutchgroup.net Step 5: Hover your mouse over the logo and RIGHT click on the combined group. Next, LEFT click on “Save as Picture.” Select a location on your hard drive to save the signature. Don’t forget where you saved it!

  2. Step 6: In Microsoft Outlook, select File/Options/Signatures. You will see a dialogue box similar to the one below. It may look slightly different, depending on the version of Microsoft Office you are running.

  3. Step 7: After selecting “Signatures,” another dialogue box will pop up, similar to the one below. Select “New” to create a new signature (it will ask you to select a name for your signature – this can be whatever you want to name it). Place the cursor in the text box at the bottom and click on the “Insert Picture” icon (circled below). Step 8: Choose the location to which you saved your signature image (step 5) and click “Insert” to insert the picture into the text box. Click “OK” at the bottom of the dialogue box. Congratulations! Your new email signature is now active.
