  2. Candy Safety • Check your candy before you eat it. If it’s out of it’s regular wrapper or looks like its been messed with, don’t eat it.

  3. Stranger Safety • Stay away from people and animals you don’t know. DO NOT go inside homes.

  4. Costume Safety • Make sure your costume is colorfast so the color doesn’t run on the other clothes when it rains. Wear bright colors. DO NOT cover the face.

  5. Traveling Safety • Travel in groups or stick together. Map out your plan. Look both ways before crossing the street.

  6. Other Tips • Wear a watch that lights up in the dark . Carry a flashlight with fresh batteries.
