  19. Fundraising • We will keep records of who supports each event. • No support = no credit • 100% support = 100% allocation of funds • No guarantee we will hit target of £250 • You can just pay the full £450 • But fundraising is an important team function Sweden 2011

  23. Why Sweden? • World Scout Jamboree • Every 4 years • 20,000 scouts worldwide aged 14-18 • From 27th July to 7th August • 100 miles from our camp site • Day visit • Sweden/Jamboree theme for 12 months • Why not Sweden? Sweden 2011

  24. Leaders Experience • 3 summer camps to Holland (2003,06,09) • Annual Ski trip to Switzerland • 2 Explorer expeditions to Morocco • Sweden: • Rekkie trip in August 2010 • John Hollands been 3 times before • John has links with Swedish Scout groups Sweden 2011

  25. Money • 2006 Morocco • Pegasus raised £10,000 in 12 months for 12 Explorers • 2009 Holland • We raised over £3,000 Sweden 2011
