  11. 2012年各市雷达产品传输时效统计

  12. 一、信息传输质量-GPS/MET&自动土壤水分 注：2012年1月起，自动土壤水分观测数据(24个站)和GPS/MET观测数据（32个站，外部门25个）传输质量进行通报，暂不考核。 2月份省测绘局4个站点长期没有数据，缺报率较高；外部门共享站点的时效无法得到有效保障。

  13. 二、2月份全省视频会商业务系统运行情况 全国会商，福建全月无故障。 省内会商，宁德、莆田没有提前开机各1次，龙岩22日全国会商迟开机1次，南平14日发生三级故障1次。
