The company is aiming to accelerate the growth of the business across Indonesia. • We are looking to appoint new talent to join our company as: • EMPLOYEE RELATIONS MANAGER • Key Skills/Qualities: • University graduate (Law) • Minimum 5 years experience in industrial relation role • Good communication and interpersonal skill • Conceptual thinker and good time management skill • Proven record in managerial role • Have excellent knowledge in Law and Governmentregulation • Have excellent knowledge in Personnel and Human resources, knowledge of principles and procedures for labor relations and negotiation • Have excellent knowledge in performing basic math, read technical information, compose a variety of documents, and/or facilitate group discussions; and analyze situations to define issues and draw conclusions • Experiences in ‘safety’ related role • Available for site assignment • Please send your application with the recent photograph and career details to : • PT.
