Excluding member fees / insurance reconcilliation Expenditure less than £20,000 Income from events greater than £3,000 = c£16,200 at present Significant reduction in spend. Most expensive purchases: - medals - salvers - venues Build up capital for investment

National Leagues 2014 – Adult Contact • Likely to retain a similar structure at adult level. • Changes are probably necessary but they must be evidence-based and linked to sporting objectives: • Growth • Meritocracy • Avoid seeing through prism of singular national competition • Start liaising with teams about their status for 2014 • Start registering teams in December. • Formal submission of constitution (club or team) • Process for payments and members to be outlined
