Axiological interpretation of the elements affecting citizens’ choice of transport mode in Eastern Europe countries - By comparison, as the most natural way of movement, pedestrian movement will be the basis for defining the other ones. - Addressing the need for spatial displacement form one point to another without taking into account the advantages and disadvantages of different methods of locomotion (point from 1 to 4); - Travel time - the time required to travel throughout the city with adjacent settlements (point from 5 to 8); 12

The utility and the price are equal to 15 000 units (from point 1 to 5). • - When buying a car from 30 000 the price increases by 15 000 (15 000 units), but the total utility is 27 000 units. Against 15 000 monetary units we receive only 12,000 additional units of satisfaction (point 6 to 9). • 30000 - 15000 = 15000 and 27000 - 15000 = 12,000 14

Against 20 000 monetary units we receive only 14,000 additional units of satisfaction (from point 10 to 13). • 50000 - 20000 = 30000 and 41000 - 27000 = 14,000 15

Against 50,000 units we receive only 29 000 units satisfaction (point 14 to 17). • 100000 - 50000 = 50000 and 70000 - 41000 = 29,000 16
