It helps technical architects, engineers, planners and managers • Plan for future capacity, power and cooling requirements, and build a compelling business case for needed improvements • Evaluate replacement, upgrade, consolidation and virtualization options • Maximise infrastructure performance and efficiency • Reduce costs and carbon emissions • Establish pricing benchmarks and validate provider claims • Stay abreast of key product developments in servers and storage • The Cloud offerings from Gartner are built on the expertise of our 950 research analysts and 500 consultants; the world’s largest repository of knowledge on the business of IT. 117 analysts have expertise in the field of cloud with our database of IT research containing 5,794 research reports providing specific guidance on best practices for cloud deployment and strategy. Gartner Service Definition — Gartner for Technical Professionals —Technology Planner for Department Access (GTPTPDEPT) Additional Terms & Conditions Customer Support: • Licensed Users may contact Gartner by e-mail for assistance with Service tools and data. E-mail support covers "how to use" questions, data questions, and defect reports. Support does not include analyst inquiry or telephone support External Use Special Provision: • The licensing organization may reference RPE2 in tenders or RFPs, providing such use complies with the following guidelines: 1. RPE2 may be referenced by quoting a performance qualification threshold in terms of an RPE2 value. At no time may the actual RPE2 value of a specific product be quoted 2. Acceptable Use — Servers tendered must have a published RPE2 rating of at least 40,000 3. Unacceptable Use — Servers tendered must equal or exceed the published RPE2 value of 38,520 of a [quoted model] server • Unless otherwise provided above, this service is subject to, and governed by, the Gartner Events: Online Registration Terms & Conditions section and the Usage Guidelines for Gartner Services of the Gartner Terms & Conditions document accompanying this service

Gartner Service Definition — Gartner for Technical Professionals —Technology Planner for Department Access (GTPTPDEPT) Backup Restore and Disaster Recovery • For these servers, no copies of the system or data are sent off site. All backups are retained within Gartner and stored on Gartner Controlled systems. • The user data tables from the U.S. hosted servers are replicated back to a database in the Gartner office in Sydney, Australia for system maintenance purposes. This database is backed up to tape for disaster recovery purposes, those tapes are encrypted Service Migration • There is no need for a Service Migration plan given the nature of the service under discussion Information Assurance • Gartner possesses analysts and consultants with various security clearances, or we will, within reason, acquire those clearances as the client demands • Gartner associates are bound by very specific rules around client confidentiality and security given that our clients reveal to us their greatest challenges and difficulties in order that we can help and support them most effectively Data Restoration • This data is stored in databases on secured servers controlled by Gartner which are only accessible by Gartner personnel. Access to the servers is based on roles. Administration of the servers is done exclusively by Gartner Associates • This data is not encrypted on disk • User stored content is considered confidential to the user and is not currently mined or made available to third parties. It is possible that redacted forms of the information might be used internally as input to research or consulting • There is no application interface available to Gartner staff that allows viewing of user stored content • Gartner technical staff may view user stored content via database maintenance tools. This is only done when troubleshooting bugs or data related problems, and access is limited to Gartner technical staff that have administrator privileges

The New Client Onboarding team will onboard new licensed users to Gartner’s services and will provide a Web tour, tips on how to find research and how to request reports, data cuts or inquiry with analyst Offboarding • Gartner does not offer offboarding services, however, named licence holders can be changed during the period of the contract through licencemanagement@gartner.com

  7. Gartner Service Definition — Gartner for Technical Professionals —Technology Planner for Department Access (GTPTPDEPT) Pricing • Gartner will bill a firm fixed price of £65,100 excl. VAT, incl. all expenses for this service Financial Recompense Model • if a Service does not meet the specifications set out in the applicable Service Description, the breach will be handled in accordance with the Liability and Termination terms set out in the Call-Off Agreement Ordering and Invoicing Process • Gartner will bill for 100% of the fees at contract signing • All invoices are payable net 30 days from date of invoice • This service is subject to, and governed by, the Gartner Events: Online Registration Terms & Conditions section and the Usage Guidelines for Gartner Services of the Gartner Terms & Conditions document accompanying this service Termination Terms (by Consumer/by the Supplier) • Services may be terminated only for material breach by either party, upon 30 days prior written notice, if the breach is not cured within the notice period
