  4. Introduction • According to an ancient legend, the cheburek has been invented by Genghis Khan soldiers (some minds confirm, as Genghis Khan). During heavy and long transitions soldiers needed tasty, hot and nourishing food. And then nomads have poured in the turned board of oil, have suspended a board over a fire and have prepared in it the portion of chebureks first in the history – the appetizing pies poured by juice with mutton. The word "cheburek" on the origin Turkic, and has reached us its unique value – the name of east dish.

  5. Cheburek are fried flat cakes in the form of a month from the fresh test with a stuffing from the mutton forcemeat with hot spices, fried in oil. Sometimes as a stuffing use cheese. There are chebureks and to other stuffings – pork, beef, a potato, mushrooms. Ready chebureks are fried in hot vegetable oil before formation of a golden crust. The cheburek is considered one of the main national dishes of the Crimean Tatars and other Crimean people.

Lemon juice, 10 g white wine, 40 g fresh mushrooms, 3 items of l. Waters, 3 Teaspoon. L. Starch and parsley greens. • Way of preparation • Corn flour dissolve with water, salt and carefully replace.
