  3. City Council Meeting – November 19, 2012 SPECIAL SESSION [6:00pm] 1. CALL TO ORDER 2. INVOCATION AND PLEDGES U.S. Flag Texas Flag: Honor the Texas flag. I pledge allegiance to thee, Texas, one state under God, one and indivisible. • PUBLIC COMMENT

  4. City Council Meeting – November 19, 2012 • ELECTION MATTERS a. Possible action to approve Ordinance 2013-06, canvassing the returns of the Regular Municipal Election held on the 6th day of November 2012, for the purpose of electing four At-Large Councilmember positions, and any recount results, if necessary; roll-call vote. [Lee Woodward, City Secretary] b. Administer the Oath of Office to the newly-elected City Councilmembers. [Judge Danny Pierce] c. Possible action to elect the Mayor Pro-Tem. [Mayor Mac Woodward]
