Мета та завдання проекту: • Проаналізуватистан та оновити діючінавчальні планибакалаврів і магістрів з інженерного матеріалознавства на основі компетентного підходу. • Розробити та запровадити модернізованінавчальні плани з матеріалознавства з інтегрованою інфраструктурною підтримкою. • Підвищити кваліфікацію викладачів та провести тренінгидля наставниківна підприємствах за новими навчальнимипланами та методологіями. • Створити сервіс-офіси з інженерного матеріалознавства (Material Engineering Service-Office, MESO) у ВНЗ країн партнерів.

12. Очікувані результати: • І. Розроблення 11-ти основних і 3-х між предметних навчальних модулів в галузі інженерного матеріалознавства: • ІІ. Створення навчальних лабораторій інформаційних технологій з матеріалознавства (MITL). • III. Перепідготовка викладачів ВНЗ країн-партнерів, включаючи їх навчання в університетах країн ЄС, та викладацька підготовка наставників партнерських підприємств. • IV. Проведення майстер-класів з пілотної експлуатації лабораторій (MITL) та впровадження модернізованих навчальних планів і модулів у навчальний процес студентів. • V. Створення та спільна експлуатація мережі сервіс-офісів з інженерного матеріалознавства (MESO).

Work plan overview Project Year 1 (Start Phase) Review, analyse, upgrade current curricula in Material Engineering Develop teaching materials for 11 new core curricula, 3 transferable modules and on this base a set of curricula and modules. Develop new practice oriented supporting infrastructure Begin to develop, publish and purchase a manual, handbooks and syllabi. Joint web based platform Prepare a set of documentation for MITL and MESO, purchase/install equipment.

15. Work plan overview Project Year 2 (Working out Phase) Training courses in EU: Retrain academic teachers in new curricula, methodology. Tentatively: 3 retraining courses in new curricula/modules (duration each two or three weeks) Retrain courses in partner countries for non academic mentors, who will be able to supervise student’s practice in their enterprises Staff training for MESO offices will take place in TUB, prepared and carried out by ECM Office Master Classes: Minimum 14 Master Classes on operation of new labs will be prepared and delivered in target universities. Complete establishing MESO with stakeholders support

16. Work plan overview Project Year 3 (Final Phase) Pilot teaching /operation: Teaching students in new curricula/modules. Approximately 20 students from each target university will be involved in the courses offering new curricula/modules Accredit a set of curricula and modules on national level Pilot operation of MESO involving universities and stakeholders outside the project. This activity targets to ensure the sustainable operation.
